Every build currently listed is made to order, which takes 10–15 business days before it ships, since each one is assembled for you.
When a one-of-a-kind build is listed as ready to ship, it leaves the bench within 2–3 business days. Those are marked as such on the product page.
Tracking details are sent to you before your computer goes out the door.
Risk of loss. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for it passes to you. PandaPCs cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Every PandaPCs computer carries a 180 day warranty.
What we cover
- Replacing components that fail because of manufacturer defects
- Repair work on qualifying hardware faults
What we don't cover
- Harm caused by accidents, power surges, spills, or environmental hazards
- Rough handling, overclocking, or modifications made by a third party
Conditions
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the original box are both required
- Coverage holds only while the machine is used under normal conditions
- Email us at contactpandapcs@gmail.com and describe what's going wrong.
- We email you a prepaid shipping label. Warranty shipping is on us, both ways.
- We repair it and send it back to you free of charge.
- Unopened items may be returned up to 7 days after delivery.
- Anything opened, along with custom builds, may carry a 20% restocking fee.
- Return shipping on a change-of-mind return is covered by you.
- If your PC turns up damaged or defective, get in touch first, and I repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Once your shipping label has been issued, you have 5 business days to drop the package with your local carrier. Labels left unused past that window may forfeit your return or refund eligibility.
Orders and payment
Orders must be paid in full before we begin processing. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay Installments, and the other payment options shown at checkout.
Cancellations and changes
- One-of-a-kind ready-to-ship PCs cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
- Made-to-order computers may be cancelled any time before they ship, subject to a 3% processing recovery fee that covers merchant charges we cannot recover. Once a build has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Limitation of liability
Our responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts. PandaPCs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
